2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

When visiting energate.lt and submitting the contact form, you provide the following personal data: first and last name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and a free-form message.

Technical data may be collected automatically, including information about your device, IP address, browser, operating system, time of visit, pages visited, and server log data necessary for the operation, security, and improvement of the website.

If required contact form data (email address) is not provided, we will be unable to respond to your enquiry.

Your submitted data is processed for the following purposes:

  • to respond to enquiries, provide information about our services, organise product demonstrations, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts (legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — processing is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract);

You may withdraw your consent for marketing purposes at any time by sending an email to info@erisata.lt. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIODS

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this privacy policy, but no longer than 3 years from the date of last contact or other documented communication with the data subject, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Data of clients with whom a service agreement has been concluded is retained for the duration of the contract and for 10 (ten) years after its expiry, in accordance with applicable accounting legislation. Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted.

  • the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, and to processing for direct marketing purposes (GDPR Art. 21).
